Corporate YOGA

A set four week yoga plan to help your team rejuvenate body and mind.

 Each week has its own specific focus:

Week 1 - Flow to reset - focussed on grounding and relieving day to day stress & anxiety. 

Week 2 - Upper body opening - a full body flow focussed on releasing the neck and opening the chest and shoulders. 

Week 3 - Happy hips & lower back - this week we focus on opening our lower body and strengthening all aspects of the hip joint. 

Week 4 - Full body and mind rinse - This incorporates the past few weeks with twists and breath work plus meditation to end to giving both the body and mind a focused feeling.
