After the whirlwind of fun that is summer, there is a tendency to crave a bit of restoration. A crave for a time to re-connect, of getting into nature to recharge and away from work and bustle of the city. This retreat was created for the opportunity to do just that.
Surrounded by nature and a beautiful space to press pause, we will eat great food, enjoy the practice of yoga in a dedicated setting and most importantly, free time (what’s that right?)! With the options to use your free time towards reading, hiking/nature walks, wine tours or treatments, this weekend escape will be just what YOU need. To retreat is to withdraw from and the benefits greatly impact your health & wellbeing.
Retreat offerings
3 nights shared accommodation
Share room with own bed (unless coming with a partner). Please let us know when booking so we can arrange for you to have the same bed or your own bed)
Twice daily practices including - Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation as well as Yin & Yoga Nidra
3 nourishing brunches & dinners with mid day snacks
Free time to explore the area or join in on optional group activities (Yoga workshop on Saturday & Walk/Hike on Sunday)
First 4 people to pay in full before 15th Jan 2020 will be given a 45min treatment (with the choice of Reiki, Massage or Private Yoga)
This is an intimate retreat with 10 -12 people. A non-refundable $300 deposit will be required to secure booking.
We would love for everyone to get the most out of this weekend, so will be sending suggested stops and activities for the Friday drive up and Monday drive home. We are also more than happy to connect people who would like to drive up together or share in similar interests for activities.

Cancelation policy applies to all bookings. Bookings must be paid in full by March 13th. Cancelations after March 13th will only be 50% refunded and cancelations after March 23 will only be refunded if spot is filled.
