This booked-out workshop is making a comeback!

We will explore one of the most powerful postures in yoga to increase focus, strengthen your arms and core, calm the mind and re-energise.

This fun, educational masterclass will break down how to progress to a safe, comfortable headstand and its many variations.

You’ll learn:

How to stretch and strengthen the body in preparation for headstands
Headstand variations, including how to get into the pose and out, safely and with control
Emotions – if you’re feeling fearful about going upside-down, we’ll work through it!

This workshop is open to all students who have a regular practice and are confident in Dolphin pose.

We may also work with partners so bring a friend with you or get ready to meet a new yoga buddy!

Cost :

Free for members of BodyMindLife & $35 for non-members
