Nestled away from the city life, just two hours drive north from Sydney in a private eco lodge , you'll be encouraged to dive in deep. Completely supported by the natural healing qualities of nature with 3 nights and 4 days together to nurture, restore and nourish in a beautiful mountain lodge stay.
Weaving the authentic teachings of Tantric Hatha, philosophy & methodology over the retreat we will be moving through the moon, sun and fire formula. Practices will include asana, meditation, pranayama, mantra, mudra, bandha and kriya.
The combination of these systems of yoga will intelligently and intuitively be woven through out the journey. Enjoy walks in nature and guided nutritional/cooking classes will purify, soothe and connect you back to the spiritual home of heart.
