We are buzzing with enthusiasm to welcome you to our first retreat. A chance to get away from the constant movement of the world and to come back home to a state of rest, allowing the soul (atman) to feel connected and at peace.
Tucked away from it all we will be surrounded by the beautiful lush jungle landscape at Mount Warning with 5 days and 4 nights together to rest, restore & revitalise.
Weaving the authentic teachings of Tantra Hatha, philosophy & methodology over the five days we will be moving through the moon, sun and fire systems. Practices will include asana, meditation, pranayama and kriyas.
Moon - Moon practices are slower in pace and intensity to allow the body and mind to restore and de-stress. It demands focus and presence leaving you feeling grounded, calm, clear and luminous.
Sun - Sun practices will be more uplifting and revitalising with the aim to increase our energy awareness and Prana (life force).
Fire - A combination of solar and lunar forces together at our center which creates FIRE and deep personal transformation.
These systems intelligently purify, soothe and connect you back to the spiritual home of heart.
Tradition states that heart is the home of purusha (soul).
Puru; city or vehicle. Sha; that part of you that is always at rest, the part of you that is unchanging.
Our 5 days together will be intentional, devotional heart felt practices leading you back to the true essence of restfulness, wholeness, freedom & joy, supported by organically sourced vegan meals. There will also be the opportunity to be in nature or relax in Gymea Retreat Center's healing magnesium pool, plunge pool and spa.

Amongst our offering of daily morning and evening practices we will include optional walks and off site adventures, organic vegan food, traditional aboriginal welcome ceremony, optional daily activities/workshops and plenty of free time to unwind or explore.
Commitment :
Share Room - two people (1 King bed or 2 twins) - $1,225 pp before December 13/2020.
Solo Room (king bed) - $1,535 pp before December 13/2020.
Prices go up $100 after December 13th 2020.
These totals do not include your transportation to the retreat space or spa treatments.
TO SECURE YOUR SPOT A $500 DEPOSIT is required.

Cancelation Policy -
Cancelation policy applies to all bookings.
Bookings must be paid in full by January 10th 2021 to secure your space. Cancellations before December 13th 2020 will be all but $500 deposit. Cancellations after December 13th 2020 will be % 50 of total room request. Cancellations after January 10th 2021 refund of % 50 only if your space is filled.
