A journey through the Traditional Chinese Medicine elements through the practice of yoga.
Each day we will take time to move mindfully through the elements. Using yang and yin yoga practices combined with pranayama and meditation, we connect to a journey that helps us revitalise our energy lines so that our ‘Shen’ can shine bright.
When our energy stores are depleted we may not be functioning our best. When we take time out of our regular day to restore our ‘Chi’ we can begin to feel that lustrous glow & an inner state of calm.
We look forward to guiding you through the elements and towards a state of Wu Wei.
